Remington Row located the Remington section of Baltimore City was 4 story structure over 2 stories of concrete. Contractor was Southway Builders. Project architect was HCM and the structural engineer was Stuctura. The building featured 12”x12” Doug Fir heavy timbers on the first level of framing and steel-moment-frames to handle the shear loads.
