To meet rigorous field deadlines, Modu Tech fabricated and supplied the precision wall panels and structural floor components, ensuring a streamlined and predictable assembly process on-site.

In order to optimize long-term efficiency and provide defense against seasonal weather elements, the entire exterior framing structure was wrapped in high-performance DuPont™ Tyvek® CommercialWrap®, ensuring excellent building envelope integrity and enhanced energy performance throughout the life of the building.
