Multi-Family Development Banner Hill
Situated in Baltimore City’s historic Otterbein neighborhood, Banner Hill is a premier 225,000 square foot multi-family development. The impressive 4-story wood-framed residential structure sits elegantly over a single-level concrete parking and retail podium.
For this project, Modu Tech manufactured the precise structural framework to meet rigorous urban building codes. The high-density build demanded specialized component logistics and absolute structural accuracy.
To satisfy stringent Class 3A construction specifications, our team fabricated the entire exterior framework using Hoover fire-treated lumber integrated seamlessly with LP FlameBlock® fire-rated sheathing. This technical execution guarantees top-tier structural safety performance without sacrificing the speed and efficiency of modular wood component assembly.
