Engineering at Scale: Allure Apollo ↗
The Allure Apollo development is a sprawling, high-density residential community encompassing 458,000 square feet. This complex structural challenge features a massive 4-story framework carefully divided into six interconnected buildings, built over shifting, multi-level concrete podium slabs.
To execute a project of this magnitude, Modu Tech utilized advanced pre-construction detailing. Fabricating components that flawlessly matched the varying transitions of the multi-level podium slab required absolute precision, ensuring that the separate building wings integrated seamlessly on site.
By deploying synchronized manufacturing schedules and utilizing high-performance panelized wall and wood truss designs, our team provided a fast, predictable assembly process. This technical expertise allowed the development to hit critical construction milestones smoothly, meeting the rigorous standards of the project’s elite design and engineering teams.
