Elevated Framework Ascend Apollo ↗
Located in Largo, Maryland, Ascend Apollo (Phase 1) represents a premier standard in high-density urban residential development. Spanning an impressive 425,000 square feet, this sprawling 4-story wood-framed structure is engineered directly over an elevated, structural concrete podium deck.
Optimized logistics were central to the project’s fast-tracked schedule. The site layout was efficiently stocked using heavy-duty tower crane workflows, flying our precision-manufactured wall panels and roof components straight to active framing crews. For high-performance moisture management and defense against weather anomalies, the entire multi-story facade was wrapped in premium DuPont™ Tyvek® CommercialWrap® D.
