The Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads is a comprehensive multi-family residential development comprising 365 units across 357,000 square feet. The project features a complex 4-5 split garden apartment structure built on three slab levels. To ensure project success, advanced pre-construction meetings and webinars were utilized to streamline subcontractor communication and maximize coordination on a site with limited access and storage.

The build incorporates high-performance FRT floor and roof systems throughout several sections, alongside intricate red-iron steel-to-wood connections. The design also features innovative truss engineering specifically developed to integrate a commercial chiller system directly into the residential building framework.
