The project has two courtyards, a rooftop pool-cabana area and sits over a Super Wal-Mart. The site has extremely limited access and storage capabilities. Material delivery and coordination was extremely important due to access. The project features a ZIP Wall System and encompass and entire city block in downtown Washington, DC.
